Across our range we have garments designed for specific demands which require different styles of fit. For additional peace of mind please refer to the individual product description, especially when choosing products from our Compression & Baselayers and Form ranges.
If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

We do not really have any criteria when we choose our athletes because all of our athletes are so unique. All we can do is to identify what makes you unique and how the ability of being unique can inspire others to become better versions of themselves.

If a product is labeled as Pre Order, it means that we don't have the products in stock yet. We often sell out very quickly, therefore we run Pre Order offers to be able to allow our customers their preferred size and colors at a discounted price. Delivery of the order will start upon the date provided on the product description. If you have items in your order which are available for direct delivery they will be shipped together with your preorder items. If you would like to get your items shipped separately we recommend ordering pre-order items and stock items separately.

United Kingdom Priority Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
All packages dispatched on a standard shipping service in the UK are sent via PostNord, Our tracking service can only track during Swedish borders, so if it doesn't update. Don't be alarmed.
USA Priority Shipping (6-9 Business Days)
Orders sent are sent with PostNord from Sweden. Once it reaches the United States, your parcel is then passed to USPS (United States Postal Service) - Our tracking service can only track during Swedish borders, so if it doesn't update. Don't be alarmed.
Canada Priority Shipping (4-12 Business Days)
Once your parcel reaches Canada, Canada Post will be delivering your parcel.
All shipments heading to Canada may also be subject to customs & duties fees. Our tracking service can only track during Swedish borders, so if it doesn't update. Don't be alarmed.
Australia Priority Shipping (6-16 Business Days)
Once your parcel reaches Australia, it is then passed to Australia Post. Our tracking service can only track during Swedish borders, so if it doesn't update. Don't be alarmed.
If you're still a little concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, contact us here and one of the team will be happy to help.
If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
If you had your Wild Purpose order delivered to a work place, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel, we know how tempting a fresh Wild Purpose package might be.
Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, get in touch with the support team and where possible, we'll open an investigation with the courier and do our best to help out.
If a the delivered prior decides that the parcel has gone missing. Allow up to 30 days after you contacted us about your missing parcel to get a refund. Remember, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: All lost parcel claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Of course, we understand that the products do not fit everyone and it is no problem to return a product to us!
You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the product as soon as the product has been delivered to you. As a customer, you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so remember to save your delivery receipt. The cost of returning the return is on you as a customer. We recommend that you return the item to your local postal agent. Keep in mind that all items sent back to us must be in original condition and retain all labels and tags. The product should be shipped well packaged, in good condition and in original carton. Also, remember to mark the package as "return".
If you wish to change a product, remember to print the return slip and fill in the item you want to replace. You can download our return form HERE. If the return is sent without a return form, we will try to contact you. This may affect the amount of time spent handling your return.

When you return items to Wild Purpose you can:
– Change the size or the colour of the product,
– Change the product with a different one that has the same commercial value,
– Ask for a Discount Code you can use on your next purchase (It will have the exact amount you paid when you purchased with Free Shipping and it will be sent via email),
– Ask for a refund of the products you sent back*
*If the package has already been shipped, shipping charges are not refundable. Sale products are never refundable.
Swedish Returns
Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
We'll notify you by email once the return has been processed.
International Returns
Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take between 7 - 21 days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team, we will notify you by email once this has been processed.
If you do have an concerns, contact us and get in touch with our customer care team, they'll no doubt be able to answer any queries you may have.
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will get to it.
All orders expect the Hypegun are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. The Hypegun is shipped from our warehouse in the US.
Personalized products: You have 14 days to make a return after you received your order.
We will issue you a Wild Purpose gift card code, that covers 70% of the value of your returned products.
When you have received your discount code, you can place a new order.
Unfortunately no cash refund is possible for the personalized products.
If you have received incorrect products in your order, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the product you ordered
- The name as well as a photo of the product that was incorrect.
- As soon as we receive the above information, we will contact you within 2 business days with further information.
If the product is opened, our return policy applies and the wrong product will only be returned if the item is in original condition and has all labels and tags.

You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you stated minutes after your purchase has been approved.
THE PURCHASE DIDN'T GET TROUGH, BUT IT HAS MADE A RESERVATION ANYWAY?
In rare cases, there may be a reservation on your bank account even if there was an error at the time of the order. This will be released again within 1-5 business days.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REPAYMENT FOR MY RETURN?
You can see your refund on your bank statement within 5 banking days counted from the date you received your return confirmation. The refund is always made on the same debit card used for purchase.
We are currently working with a very smart fraud system, and our main payment gateway set certain requirements for the customer just to be safe.
If your card is declined or not working at the "checkout" page, please try to use our PayPal Gateway.
No PayPal Account is Needed to use this gateway. It's simply just another credit card gateway.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE ON PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARD?
By paying through your Paypal account, you do not need to enter your account information. All you have to do is sign in to your Paypal account via our checkout.
