We recommend that you return the item to your local postal agent. Keep in mind that all items sent back to us must be in original condition and retain all labels and tags. Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear, animal/human hair etc. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. The product should be shipped well packaged, in good condition and in original bag. Also, remember to mark the package as "return".
- If you wish to exchange for a different size please clearly mark the required size in the space provided on the returns form.
- If you consider your items to be faulty please first contact our customer services department on email@example.com and give a brief description of the fault, and location of the fault providing photographic detail if you feel this is relevant. It may not always be necessary for you to return your faulty goods to us, and we will evaluate this at the time and on a case by case basis.
- Faulty good claims must be made within the 30 day period. Anything beyond the 30 days will be considered normal wear and tear of use, and can be subject to denial.
- All exchanges are sent out on a standard service (not express service).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale/clearance items
- If an order is by any means sent back to us, we will contact you as fast as possible. If we don't get a response within the 10 day period, your order will be archived and the products you ordered will no longer be reserved for you. If a refund is possible, your order will be refunded. You will be returned 60-80% of the total order value to cover for the shipping cost.
- Returns that are not approved will be charged with an additional $8 to be sent back to the customer.
- Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet
- We reserve the right to gurantee that an order sent to a company adress will be delivered.
We reserve the right to return the items to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, goods will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in.
Whilst every effort will be made to replace any stock with like for like product under certain circumstances your preferred product may not be in stock. In this instance, Wild Purpose reserves the right to issue a refund or credit to the value of the original product value. The product must also pass all other returns criteria.
